We suggest using google chrome to access the patient portal. You may see a pop up that asks you to switch to it if you do not want to you may click the "close" button.

Next you will be prompted to fill in your demographics. These are essential for us to have on file for treating you and for billing insurance. Please note if you are registering for a couple you will each need to register separately.

Choose your username and password to login. This will be how you access your portal from now on. Don't worry, we can reset your password if you forget it. Just text us for help.

You will be prompted to fill in other information. Reason for visit really helps us make sure you are with the right provider. Adding a signature will help when signing documents. This is also the screen where you fill out your emergency contact. If you are filling this out for a minor this is where you would put your information!

As you scroll down you will be asked to read over and sign all of our consent documents. These go over our policies and procedures, how to best contact us, and what you may expect from therapy!

Click on the pen to sign the consent forms.

Virginia law requires us to collaborate with your other providers. Please fill out the release of information under consent so we may do so!

By now you should have made it to the patient portal! This is where you will do everything from no on (including your video appointments if you have them). Let's explore the next steps to ensure your appointment can be made.

Navigate to this "manage saved cards" button at the top. Once you click on this it will ask you for consent. You then fill out the credit information and save it. You may add your HSA card here, and you may add a nickname for us. Our staff will only be able to see the last 4 digits of the card number.

Navigate to the history page and fill in your history for your provider to review prior to your first appointment. Insurance requires us to have this on file. This is a working document that you may update at any time

Now you should have made it to the patient portal! This is where you will schedule!

Navigate to the managed saved cards button. This button is useful for adding a card if you do not have a balance do. You can also write notes such as "default" or "HSA"

Click the "add new card" button, give your card a "name", add a signature, and select "I agree".

Verify that everything is correct for the card. If you do not have a balance du leave the "Amount" as $0.00. and select "submit". Your card will now be on file!

alternatively you can add your card to the portal by calling the office and having a front desk associate put it on file. You may call 804-404-9695. We do ask that you do not text us credit card numbers or pictures of credit cards for your security.

all of our locations offer virtual sessions, however if you are looking for in person select the location you are looking for. Next select the provider, and last the type of visit.

new individual patients should select the evaluation. New and returning couples should select couples. Returning individual patients should select "individual"

Search through the calendar until you find an available slot that works for you! highlight it and click the "continue to request" button

specify your reason for visit to help your provider prepare for your arrival. Net click on the link if you are requesting a Telehealth appointment. Finally, check the box stating you are flexible if you are able to be.

If you are a new patient following up with a text to our portal (804-804-9695) will ensure your request is seen quickly. Wait for email confirmation that your appointment has been approved!
