Jenna Pagano is the founder and clinic director of the Pagano Wellness Clinic (PWC).  She is originally from Minnesota, where she received her Masters of Science as a Marriage and Family Therapist from St. Cloud State University.  Jenna opened the Pagano Wellness Clinic in 2016 in Manhattan, Kansas, and moved it with her to Richmond, Virginia in 2018.  Jenna practices EMDR and Hypnotheray.  She works primarily with couples and focuses her clinical practice for individuals on complex trauma and anxiety.

Morgan Sawyer joined us in June of 2021  She is independently licensed as a LPC. She has a rich experience working with families, and children.  Morgan's training in couples therapy has prepared her to work with monogamous and ethically non-monogamous couples. Her therapeutic style is systems based, and she utilizes a mixture of creative, strengths based, playful and trauma informed interventions.  Morgan is certified in CBT-I

Morgan has a passion for using play in therapy and especially enjoys working with children 3-12 years of age.

Luc Watelet joined us in August of 2021 as a Licensed Professional Counselor.  Luc focuses on Mindfulness work as well as Inner Child work.  Luc is the author of the book Off Script Therapy, and has a PhD in statistics.  In his free time Luc is a yoga instructor.

Amy Villa is a Licensed Professional Counselor, and Virginia board approved resident supervisor, who has been with us since December of 2020.   She provides telehealth only, and is currently only available for select hours on Sunday afternoon/evenings.  Amy's primary job is working with military families in Northern Virginia.  With the Pagano Wellness Clinic she works with those experiencing Anxiety and relationship difficulties.  She utilizes a cognitive behavioral therapy approach along, and incorporates her theater background into sessions.

Haley Latta joined us in October of 2023.  She has a Masters of Science in Counseling, and is working towards her counseling license under Jenna Pagano LMFT.   Haley has a passion for working with couples and families, exploring creating deeper connection utilizing Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT).  Haley sees herself as a tool to empower couples she works with to heal from within.

Jimmy (James) Hovermale joined us in December of 2021.  He has a Masters of Science in Counseling from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU), and has experience working in inpatient treatment for addictions an private practice.   Jimmy uses a systemic perspective in working with family, couples, and individuals to help understand problems and solutions in the context of our enviroment and daily patterns.  Patients describe Jimmy's approach as gentle, genuine, and powerful.  (picture to come)

Stefan joined the Pagano Wellness Clinic in June 2022. Stefan earned his Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the College of William & Mary, specializing in treating active-duty military and retired service members, as well as their families. He operates from a person-centered perspective, believing that every person is capable of healing and growing when provided a safe and non-judgmental space. Stefan is excited to work with members of the military community, survivors of trauma, and anyone who is looking for a companion on their self-directed journey, wherever that may lead.

Paul joined us in December of 2022 as a resident in counseling. Paul has an associate degree in Substance Abuse Counseling, a bachelor's degree in Psychology and received his master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Paul is currently working toward his license as an LPC. Paul found his passion for working with people and his calling into counseling while working with foster children in Buffalo. In 2016, Paul and his wife relocated to Richmond VA where he worked in residential and outpatient substance abuse counseling.
