Payment
Reduced Fees or Sliding Scale
We do not offer a sliding scale or reduced fees. Instead, we offered a tiered system with different price points based on seniority, training, experience, and licensure/certifications.
Payment
Cash, check and most major credit cards accepted for payment. We do not carry a bank in practice. We use automatic billing for your convenience.
Cash or check must be prepaid at the front desk during business hours for telehealth sessions.
Cancellation Policy
We request that everyone cancels or reschedules an appointment at least 48 hours prior to their scheduled appointment to leave space for others to get in.
If you choose to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment you will be charged our $100 late cancellation fee, and your card on file will be automatically charged.
If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment or are more than 15 minutes late we count this as a "No Show", and your card on file will automatically be billed the $100 No show fee.
Credit Card Policy
We require each patient and client to maintain and active and valid credit card on file along with a signed authorization to bill this card for any balance prior to scheduling appointments. We have found that, especially with increased telehealth, this simplifies the process for all involved. We have also found that it decreases the likelihood of large surprise bills.
